My Recommendation
There is the musical textbook of the trumpet published from Berklee Press Publications. And there is a book of trumpet method published by Jerome Callet who is known as a good clinician. It seems that these may be helpful information when performing a trumpet.

Berklee Practice Method: Trumpet : Get Your Band Together : Berklee Practice Method
Berklee Practice Method
As you know, This is the textbook of the trumpet which Berklee College of Music has published. Moreover, this university has announced teaching materials downloadable for free. It is said that the files of 80 kinds of on-line lessons can be downloaded by all. It is downloadable from here.
 Trumpet yoga  Jerome Callet
Trumpet Yoga
This is a book of yoga which Jerome Callet published. Is this written about the yoga which Maynard Ferguson and Bobby Shew studied? It is the present stockout. If there is stock and it is translated into Japanese, I want to read this very much.
Playing Techniques and Performance Studies for Trumpet : Arturo Sandoval
Playing Techniques and Performance Studies for Trumpet : Arturo Sandoval
With this three-volume series of method books, world-renowned trumpeter Arturo Sandoval presents a comprehensive approach to trumpet playing and basic musicianship. He incorporates traditional exercises and routines and shares his own unique, creative style of teaching, using a careful blend of warm-ups, technique builders, stylistic etudes and duets to present an exciting and effective approach for trumpet students. Each volume comes complete with a play-along recording featuring Arturo Sandoval performing selected exercises from the book.(From Amazon.com)
To a Young Jazz Musician : Wynton Marsalis
To a Young Jazz Musician : Wynton Marsalis
America's foremost jazz classicist assesses the state of the art in this impassioned epistolary manifesto. Marsalis, now the artistic director of Jazz at Lincoln Center, answers critics who denounce him as the "gatekeeper" for a fossilized middlebrow establishment with a spirited defense of standards against both post-bebop modernist abstraction and the contemporary trend toward promiscuous fusion with other pop styles. As conservator of the Armstrong-Ellington legacy, he champions a jazz grounded in melody, blues, romantic feeling and, above all, swing rhythm—a "democratic, quintessentially American concept" that "channels the spirit of the nation." He urges young musicians to take their art seriously through constant practice and a stern work ethic: "practicing is a sign of morality in a musician." Marsalis and amanuensis Hinds (Gunshots in My Cook-Up) sometimes sound like a motivational tape ("unleashing your personal power is the result of codifying... your own hard-earned objectives"), and their occasional mystic invocations of musical self-discovery and "the emotion of the sound" can confuse. Also, Marsalis's jazz traditionalism shades, at points, into a jeremiad about modern "decadence" and "corruption," inveighing against what he sees as our culture of absurdity, with its sexually precocious children and jeans-wearing jazz men. But musicians, aficionados and casual listeners alike will enjoy this lively polemic. Copyright © Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved. (From Amazon.com)

Do you know the mouthpiece maker named "The Asymmetric Trumpet Mouthpiece". This maker sells an asymmetric mouthpiece produced by John H Lynch who work for NASA. He also wrote the book "A new approach to altissimo trumpet playing". In his homepage, there is a trumpet guild about embouchure of Trumpet. here

Doc Severinsen mentioned "Warm Up" method of Trumpet. here

After fifty years of studies and teaching, Jerome Callet has finally unveiled "The Secrets of the Tongue-Controlled Embouchure." In addition, natural trumpet player Bahb Civiletti is participating as co-author, including a section on Baroque Trumpet Studies. This significant book will be the hallmar of trumpet embouchure methodology for modern brass players. (from http://www.callet.com)

The sheetbook of adlib solo which I purchased first was the thing of Fats Navarro. I could not blow only one chorus. then, I copied adlib this "She Was Too Good to Me" of Chet Baker. It is "Autumn Leaves". There is a few sound, and I could blow this adlib easier than adlib of Fats Navarro. (But the tempo was much more slower than this performance...)
